I’ve been born and brought up in Korba - The Power Hub of India, a small district in the state of Chhattisgarh while my roots belong to the Gangetic plains. All my life, I’ve lived in township and have now come to realise the tranquility that a township life holds.
I’ve grown up playing various sports: badminton, table tennis, swimming, karate, basketball, cricket, cycling and used to be a champion in Badminton and Swimming in school and district level.
Art has also been a big part of my life and at this stage of life, plays an important role in my mindfulness journey. I learnt playing harmonium and classical vocals and water colour painting in my high school days. I’ve pivoted myself from fine arts and performing arts to folk art, and am now a Madhubani artist, sometimes juggling to doodling & gouache.
My father is a govt. employee, and the kids of all his seniors and colleagues have either pursued engineering or medical. I had only seen my neighbours who cleared JEE or NEET get a lot of respect, making me want to become an IITian. I never knew what career I want to choose and left it on destiny and the environment of an IIT campus.
My product journey started at IIT Roorkee in the summers after my second year exams. A product management bootcamp introduced me to the application of design in real life (before that, graphic design, fashion design and interior design were the only things I could get). I loved the idea & process of designing so much that I decided to lock it as my career choice.

With time, a lot of practice and some experience, I have reached to this point in my design journey, where I’m looking for a big and massively impactful internship opportunity.
